1. Information we collect

We collect what a hospitality business genuinely needs: booking details (name, contact information, dates, preferences), payment references processed by our payment partners (we do not store full card numbers), stay folio records, and correspondence with our concierge and events teams.

If you join the Players Club or use gaming services, identification documents are collected and verified as required under South Australian gambling and AML/CTF obligations. Marketing preferences and cookie data are collected as described in our Cookie Policy.

2. How we use it

Your information is used to operate bookings and stays, personalise service (dietary needs, room preferences, celebration notes), manage membership benefits, meet legal and regulatory duties, and — only where you have opted in — send offers and updates.

3. Casino & regulatory data

Gaming transactions, identification records and CCTV footage are handled under SA regulatory requirements. This data is held for statutory periods and is disclosed to regulators and law enforcement where the law requires — it is never used for marketing.

4. Sharing & retention

We share data only with service providers under contract (payment processors, booking platforms, secure cloud storage), professional advisers, and authorities where legally required. Personal data is retained for as long as the purpose requires or the law mandates, then securely destroyed.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, or correction of, your personal information, and may withdraw marketing consent at any time. Write to [email protected] — we respond within two business days. If you are unsatisfied with our handling, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
